Guidelines for abstract submission

Abstracts must be submitted electronically as a MS Word 2003/2007/2010 document via e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  • The deadline for abstract submission is 30 Sept, 2014
  • Only original work (not published as a full paper) can be submitted. However, scientific data published previously in abstract format may be submitted.
  • Abstract length should not exceed 250 words (excluding the title, authors, and institutions). Tables and graphics will not be accepted in the abstract.
  • The abstract (Times New Roman, 12 pt) should be as informative as possible. It needs to be structured in the following way: title (in capital letters), authors’ names, institution, introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results and conclusion.
  • Abstracts will be reproduced in the program exactly as submitted.
  • The presenting author will receive an e-mail by 15 Oct, 2014 regarding the paper acceptance/rejection, schedule and presentation form (oral or poster).
  • When submitting an abstract, all authors should agree that the abstract can be posted at the conference website, printed in the program and/or saved on a CD Rom distributed to the participants.
